color of text type tool while editing text?

Hi, I have a problem with the color of the text type tool/cursor, the blinking one (when you type or select)

The problem is that it often has the same color as a background when editing and i can't find a way to change that.

I looked into the windows cursors, that changes the pointer, hand,...name it, but not this one editing in webdesigner.

Does anybody have a clue how to make this better visible?
It changes color automatic when i use it but often the chosen color isn't the best, i would like it bright red or something.
