Strange problem after update

Hello at any time of the day )

Recently i made the update and a strange problem occurred... The cursor ist not working any more, not able to choose any objects but stays in mode of "guides"... no object can be clicked and any time when i click only a guide is appearing....

Any ideas what i am doing wrong???? or this is kind of a bug???

Sorry for the pic but making a screenshot doesnt show the cursor....
