Activation Registration Problems

I really need some help and am willing to pay someone with the expertise to do so. It is so incredibly frustrating that there is no one to talk to in Magix to get the help I need.
In the past I have been able to use the "Device Management" and allow for two computers to use my XARA Designer Pro software. I recently upgraded (having serious regrets) and am getting errors. After deactivating one of my computers just to get it working, I was particularly concerned regarding the message, "You can deactivate an unused device once a month".
