Hi Christine, this is really very high quality work. Still, it is publicity for a non-free resource...
Besides: unluckily, I personally know someone who had serious problems with paypal. (being charged for things he did not order).

There are actually 304 free brushes available from this site.

Can't comment on your PayPal problem but I haven't had any so far.
