    Default Contact Magix

I just spent the last 30 minutes on the Magix website trying to find out a way to contact them regarding my upgrade service. UNSUCCESSFULLY!! I can understand that companies prefer that we poor customers use FAQ's or anything EXCEPT actually contacting the company but sometimes these other means don't work. I just paid for another year of upgrade service, having been prompted by a pop-up when I open Xara, and then I discover that I paid for a year last July. Why do they tell me that I have to pay again two months early? Now, I want to be sure that my extension doesn't begin until the previous year has been completed. How do I contact them? BTW, I don't remember having problems contacting Xara before they were bought by Magix. So far, my dealings with Magix have been lousy.

Not knowing of another way, I'm hoping that someone on TalkGraphics, which has always provided answers in the past, can help. Maybe there's a live staff person actually watching.

Hi. Support links to contact Magix. https://support2.magix.com/customer/ or https://www.magix.info/us/support/

Xara is not part of Magix. Magix is a resell partner of Xara products Designer ProX, Web Designer, Photo/Graphic Designer, Page/Layout Designer, 3D.

Xara sells and supports directly Xara Cloud, our online editor product, and the new Designer Pro+, a subscription version of Designer Pro product. Learn more here https://www.talkgraphics.com/showthr...and-Xara-Cloud and https://www.xara.com/xara-cloud-plus/new-bundle/

Have a look at this document ... http://shared.xara.com/diNpZUgi2O/ ... Specifically the section "When do my 365 days start?" the summary of which is

... If you are renewing an Update Service then the new 365 days will start from expiry date of your current Update Service, even if you purchase sooner. This allows you to take advantage of promotion offers before your current Update Services expires ...

    So you should be good.
