Example templates on Xara web page not displaying / functioning???

Hi all .. I'm totally new to Xara Web Designer, and am about to begin the quest of implementing a few simple websites .. whilst perusing around for suitable themes of what templates to use to achieve the right sort of feel I'm after, I've been looking at the webpage https://www.xara.com/us/web-designer/templates/ , and although nearly all sections seem to display and work ok, the biggest section at the bottom (which no doubt has the largest collection of examples) under 'Business Specific Web Themes' just doesn't work for me at all. Any of the templates I click on just display a blank black rectangle. Is there anything I maybe need to configure in my browser (any of them in fact - tried all the major ones) to get it working (JavaScript is currently enabled)? I find it odd that all the examples themes elsewhere in the page work fine, yet this entire section doesn't.
Anyone else experiencing the same issue?
Also, being fairly naive to all this, are there better places to be looking for good example templates?

Jonny, looks like a big Whoops! on Xara's part.

To get you cooking, hover over a business theme and note the pop-up name (e.g., Coffee Shop 3).
The required address is http://themes.xara.com/coffeeshop3/.

So you just strip out the spaces and make all lowercase.
http://themes.xara.com/CoffeeShop3/ will not work.

Basically http://themes.xara.com/ plus the demo site name.

It is also a far better presentation.

If you are after demos then https://xaratemplates.com is excellent but note you buy most of these. They are worth it.
