Sara DP 17 doesn’t always load

Have to keep win 7 pro for a good reason. Does it hate that? Been better since I gave it admin privileges but every few times it just doesn’t load.

Thanks Egg. The program crashes often or shows a blank content gallery but the most annoying problem is that it doesn’t load - about every third or fourth time.

I’ll start raising tickets.

Only thing I can suggest is to remove DP17 and try a clean install. You'll lose your personal settings but it will probably be quicker than waiting for Magix support

Windows 7 is no longer being maintained for vulnerabilities. It's a bit risky being connected online with that.
