    I think creating celtic knot image is very fasinating..the under over routines can really tax your brain. I particulary like your complicated 4 colour fill routine. Here's one I created after your inspiration. Hope the new arrivals doing well.

    Mike - I like those tiles - very effective with just the raised look.

    Eric - The ribbed effect on yours is very impressive how did you achieve that?

    Penny - No the new arrival lives 50 miles away.

    The ribbed effect is only a Ruffle Frame 1 bevel.
    I created the original by producing a quarter of the whole knot, using lines (8pt) that I then converted to shapes. Cloned and flipped 3 times to get the remaining 3 quarters of the knot, then add shapes.
    Then applied a bevel.
    Then cloned and moved to another layer, determined the high (over) points and using grouped circles of no line or fill colour applied a clip view.
    I've posted the xar file so that you can pull it about.

    that my brain wasn't in gear. I never even gave the ruffle frames a thought.
