    Default Club membership application form

I want to set up an application for membership on a web page and have the results submitted to an email address. I've looked at the 4 widgets on offer, but they are all geared to subscription. Can I set up a simple form and have the fields sent by email?

I tried search and F1, but couldn't find what I need. Thoughts?

There are numerous third party form builders one can use and embed into a Xara doc via a placeholder. Here are a couple of links to explore: https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/form-builder-tools and https://www.techradar.com/uk/best/be...e-form-builder.

I have found Google Forms easy to use, but other TGers will have preferences. Some options are free, but may include the providers brand logo.

Thanks, Initiostar. I want to use Google Forms, but the Xara widget reports that my browser "may not be secure." I'm using Chrome. I turned off any extensions and started it again, but still get the same notice. Thoughts?

The simplest way is to use your Google account (or create one). Login to use Google Forms, design your form, use SEND which will bring up a dialogue box, choose option "< >" for the embedded code, change the width to your desired choice (480px is good if you want a narrow form that works for mobile as well as desktop, or create a wider desktop form as a separate version). Copy the embedded code, create a placeholder with the same width and height and paste the code into HTML code body.

Your form will appear with the usual Google disclaimer.

Google Forms will collect the responses, but if you want to be notified follow the instructions here: https://gsuite.google.com/marketplac...s/984866591130

Lots of options, but best to read up on Google Forms first (note Google Forms does not have reversion history, be careful what you delete in your form!)

    Thanks Egg,
