New Xara site won't override the old site

Thanks Gw, Chris et all.

I tried all those suggestions and still no joy.

Although I'm not sure I'm following what you mean by:

'If not, do your old files have a .html extension? Xara by default appends a .htm extension. Browsers will load a file with .html if there are two files but one is .htm and the other .html'

I did add the public_html as the subfolder too but still not working.

Could you please further explain the html and htm thingy?

As you can now probably see, I'm self taught with all this stuff and can create the site but don't really have the chops to do the technical stuff.

I haven't ever used FileZiller before and (see by the screen shot) I'm no wiser as to which folder it's supposed be residing in.

Learning slowly...
