I installed this update as a result of the pop-up from running DPX17.1.
I am now on DPX 18.0.0.61642 DL x64 Mar 18 2021
I can confirm that my DXP17 custom toolbars did actually make it across to DXP18
Many other settings were also carried across.
The PDF import is a welcome improvement. I had some PDF files that refused to open in DXP17 but now open fine in DXP18.
I have now confidently removed DXP17 (I do have a backup of the DXP17 CU and LM registry files for just in)
Hello, does the new Xara Designer pro version support transparency between Xara and CorelDraw?
I use Xara designer pro 15 and it does not.
I work with people who use CorelDraw and we share files.
As of now, I have to convert to AI eps, and open up the file in CorelDraw to finish the work if transparency is needed.
Does the transparency tool convert properly in CorelDraw when converting with the newest version of Xara Designer Pro?
Thanks in advance.

Hello Acorn. Yes, I've done that before with no problem, but
I was really referring to vector shapes. I would apply the transparency tool to a vector shape in Xara Designer Pro X 15,
then I would open it in Coreldraw 2020 only to see no transparency applied.
Ernie-F has explained to export the Xar file as a CMX6 - 32 bit and then place it not open it.
However, I see no option for that. What step am I missing? How does that work?
..... ernie's reply crossed mine
