    Default movies?

    Hello again

Being new, I'm keen to learn basics. I have a copy of premium on trial.

Help/movies, produces a page of movies to select. I select one of the categorises and a selection appears. A screen tells me to select a video. I do, and a blank screen is displayed. No matter which movie I select , all I see is a blank screen, nothing is played.

Has anyone had this problem and overcome it? Do I need a fully paid version of Premium before it will display?

Ross, nothin to do with the Trial. These movies work for me: https://www.xara.com/us/resources/designerprox365/ & https://www.xara.com/us/resources/we...ner365premium/.

Maybe your security software is blocking?

Thanks folks. Found it! The movies opens a dialog box as a preview web page. No actual URL. Therefore not actually connected to the web. However if I press the icon for edge, IE or Firefox, then it connects. Ha!

    Onward and upward.

humm - the dialog is probaly connecting through IE, the API of which is used extensively by the program - something in your system may be blocking that, not necessarily anything to worry about, in fact IE should be on the on the scrap heap anyway as far MS are concerned... its legacy stuff that keep it on life support....
