    If you are sampling a solid color, that's one thing . But the problem sampling a photo is a color is made of of hundreds or thousands of various colored pixels. So your value will depend on which specific pixel you are hovering over. Unless the sampling method is capable of averaging an area and even that is going to change.

    So, in a crude way, the new Palette from Photo averages out and creates a primary colour.

    I see.. but the point was primary colour is, well rather limited
