Good accurate observations, Acorn.
I'm curious if you ever receive any responses / acknowledgments privately to these constructive Dear Xara posts?
I don't recall any reactions or discussions with Xara responders here. Thank you.

Sadly Fred, replies or acks are probably like rocking horse d oeuvres, too rich for some.
I have been "told off" for beta-testing but I genuinely encounter these bugs and annoyances when I am using the programs. I am sorry that my usage exceeds Xara's expectations.
I get feedback for less than 5% but I don't mind as I usually use the lack of a response as a challenge to uncover a workaround.
One day there might be an Acorn Release.

Acorn - installed Xara software: Cloud+/Pro+ and most others back through time (to CC's Artworks). Contact for technical remediation/consultancy for your web designs.
When we provide assistance, your responses are valuable as they benefit the community. TG Nuggets you might like. Report faults: Xara Cloud+/Pro+/Magix Legacy; Xara KB & Chat
Conversely, Xara should be glad that you are "beta testing", their product should be as bulletproof as possible ... "good enough" isn't actually good enough.
I love Xara, and will never jump ship, as their product works well enough for me ... but I can see that in the not too distant future. people who rely on stable bulletproof software for their livelihood will go somewhere else. Xara is fast becoming an app to make websites, and very little else.
