How to separate, remove these inner line shapes?

Hello all,

I'm trying to create a triangle line shape with rounded corners to use as easy cutting shape for keychain designs, but I can't figure out how to separate and remove the inner parts (red) from the whole. How to do this?

Sample result but hand-drawn cutting shape, the corners are not perfectly round and too small.
