Difference in the Usage of MoveBackwards & MoveForwards

These two commands should complement each other.

If I have a number of objects on a number of layers in different tree positions, when I use MoveBackwards, the collection is bumped down their tree positions by one until the first one hits the bottom. When I use MoveForwards, however, all objects will move up position until all are topmost in their respective layers.

If I want all at the bottom, I would use PutToBack and for all at the top, BringToFront.

Suggestion - when I use MoveForwards, the collection is bumped up their tree positions by one until the first one hits the top.
