Xara Designer Pro X - worth the upgrade?

Hello, Have not used Xara Designer 12 for a while but getting back into web design. Is it worth upgrading or can X12 keep up with web design?
Also any one have experience with Corel DRAW as a web design tool? I've never used it and am curious about how and if it compares to Xara.

Personally I don't know because I have no need for the web features however have been considering pro for other reasons.
