List properties not showing correctly when doing numbered lists

I have Xara Designer Pro 11 and it's my got to software for just about everything so I was surprised to see that from watching a demo on Youtube that when I create a numbered list and then right click on the text that I only get a small window that opens giving you only two options 1. change format & 2. starting number. The demo I watched presented a bigger window that allows you to indent or outdent change vertical offset, color, etc. What am I doing wrong that doesn't allow me to see the extended options. I know is sounds basic but I just can't figure it out. Please help! Thanks.

Manny, create your first number (1. ) then right-click on the right of it on that line for the larger context menu to pick the topmost option, List Properties.
