Those are antennae in front? And totally blacked out. Nice. Maybe a touch of red in the cockpit to reflect the instruments on the pilot?

Gary, those are radar antennas.
The thing with the night fighters was stealth. Exhaust stacks were covered to hide visually any flame or heat. Glass was kept as clean as possible with no scratches to prevent reflections of light. Instrument panel lights were turned off. They found the best colour for night fighters was gloss black. You wanted to approach the other aircraft unseen.
