I think this applies to xara OCC, not to the desktop [not sure if there is another for cloud] - there is a licence document [in both TXT and word RTF formats] in the xara folder of both my designer pro 15.1 and the latest 16 trial - this document contains an EULA, but you have scroll down to page 25 in the word format to find it...

I am (again) aghast that MagiXara are so cavalier with such important material. I specifically enquired about the EULA and GDPR requirements without a response.
To find it has been updated and published, removed from the Help file, without clarification and then provided an RTF file that is corrupt and will not render (MS Word, Open Office, LibreOffice) is not my idea of fun.
