Default Linking to a specific spot in a page

I want to add hyperlinks to several different sections of a web-page.
Say that I have 3 sections on a page, each with different content, then how do make a hyperlink to add into a menu or onto a button.
To see what I mean, my new site under development and the page I need links for is at www.motherofthebrideoutfits.co/trial/others.htm
On this page I want to link to each specific article such as shoes and clutch bags from WMS then dyed sheos and bags by Rainbow etc.

Select a heading, click 'Utilities > Names' and give the heading a name (shoes). Repeat with the other headings (bags, etc).

Create your link/button and click 'Utilities > Web Properties > Link' then use the drop down box next to 'Link To Anchor'

Double-click the navbar and double-click on the 'Button and menu' entry you wish to link to the anchor. Now the Web Properties dialog opens. Tick the 'Link to anchor' radio button and select from the drop-down list the anchor you have created earlier.
