insert repetitive layers post web design

hi - bear with me... - i know how to repeat pages with layers but forgot how to insert [batch?] layers to all pages of the design AFTERwards; any help out there is appreciated, even just a link will suffice

In the Page & Layer gallery > Layer mode, you can select a page Layer, copy it , go to another page and paste the Layer.
Only one at a time though.

In Utilities > Options > Page size > Document: tick Same layers on all pages in document.
This only creates the Layers with no content. Any new Layer is then added to all pages; any one deleted, deletes all (including content).
