How to remove pixelization enlarging small image?

I love the way discussions evolve into thrashes.

I tried a free online app called Freeenlarge.com (in this case you probably get what you pay for).

But for my money and time and effort, I would look for a stock image that is large to begin with and be done with it.

And by way of comparison, the results with Reshade.
