Image Title Problem

Reached the content filling stage and noticed that 4 graphics refuse to behave themselves.

Under the section 'Previous Releases' about half way down the home page. 3 of the 4 all say 'The Lock' when hovered over, #4 does nothing at all.
In Web Properties > Image > (Alt Text) I have them named how I want them. I have also named them correctly in Named Objects. Altering/removing the text from these sections has no effect.

My usual troubleshooting methods of swearing, sobbing quietly and blaming the wife and kids don't appear to have worked this time around.
