Hi Guys,...need a bit of help please

primarily do printed posters etc which all come out fine...nice and crisp
been asked to do some online images mainly facebook..used the correct size etc but images are coming out blurry etc when uploaded..
some pointers would be a great help

Facebook which must host hundreds of millions of images, converts uploaded images to I believe medium quality JPEG files. So the quality is passable. But not great.

You can try PNG but I think this will get converted as well.
