Just wanted to provide an update on this. I spent weeks communicating with xara support via email trying to get this issue resolved. I was given many suggestions to fix the problem, none of which worked unfortunately. I installed the update that popped up today when I opened the program, and now I am able to publish from Xara. YAY!
