Window > Control bars > check the box next to "Toolbar"

Bryant27 try Windows Bars and see if checking one up from the bottom and the next two above that

Hope it's okay to continue this talk:

I use the older version Pro X where I use a custom toolbar which is very important to me. I work much faster this way.
I bought the newer version Pro X11, created my custom toolbar. First time the program crashed, the custom toolbar was gone! I looked for it, but it simply vanished completely!!! After creating my custom toolbar for the 20' times after crashes etc. I gave up. I wrote support and they simply can't/won't answer me.
I know there is a new release out there, but I don't want to spend any more money unless somebody can tell me the issue is resolved. Can anybody tell me, please

Helle, a crash in any Xara Desktop application version might still trash the Custom Toolbar.
Perhaps Rob-Xar will pick up on this and ask specifically about the crashes; it makes more sense to me to resolve your crash issue first before focusing on a toolbar loss.
