Error when opening attached .xar files

In my opinion, this is clearly a DPX16 problem.

If I choose to open it with XDP11, then I have no problems at all.
The file open as you would expect.

And I also think that this issue started since the last update to DPX16.

it does not work for me with designer pro 15.1 in firefox



I'd be inclined to think it is an issue between ffox and the forum software... and if it works with ver 11 [which I can't currently check], then maybe the ver plays a part too

I could reproduce this in Firefox but not other browsers. I've logged this as DDES-16196

I still think it has something to do with the operating system. I run Firefox, newest Xara 16.2, and Windows 7 with no problems opening or saving files.

But... then why no problems with any of my previous versions of Xara?
I have no problems with XDP10 or XDP11 - only with DPX16.

win 10 organises it's temp folder[s] access differently?

firefox is not up to speed with this?

older versions of xara do not need whatever it is newer version do to open [dll issue?]
