Because Iif I look at https://www.clearsoundhearing.ca/ind...iles/5573.webp it looks like a webpage.

@behzad, my guess is Google is not finding these .webp files anywhere and you direct to a 404 error page, which is a web page.
I might have set up a Nofollow for any Link to your images.
The page you land on appears to identify 30 plus 404 errors so you've a lot of correcting to check on.
The page we're landing on has all its index_htm_files content missing, so I think you published a 404 page incorrectly at some time.
It does seem to be also missing a jpeg:
<img class="xr_ap" src="index_htm_files/956.jpg" alt="" title="" onmousemove="xr_mo(this,209,event)" style="left:386px;top:26px;width:296px;height:110p x;"/>, if that helps.

I think I know what happened. My xara v19 expired, so I bought a new computer and reinstalled it but it went up to v18 only. I think the .web is a v19 feature therefore the files that were from the past on the server and the new update I did with left all those files to be accounted as no found.
WebP came in at v18.5. Assume you have republished your site as it seems OK now.
Yes I deleted everything and output with v18 and now ok. Thanks everyone.
