Repeated access violation exceptions 0x00007FF7098D3606

I can't open any of the websites I've created now without repeated "Access violation exceptions at 0x00007FF7098D3606". Actually, this is just opening the software, and not a specific .web file. When I try and open "Web Properties" even, I get error "Unable to create dialog box". I am unable to work on ANY of my websites now. The "Access Violation" just keeps popping up with virtually every mouse click.

Well, I updated all of my drivers, and rebooted, and it seems to be resolved. That was nice and panic inducing. Lord.

I have found MS Windows to be temperamental at best. Whenever there is a Windows update or another application is updated or installed, it is cleanest to ensure there is a cold restart sooner rather than later to remove potential conflicts.
