Hi all.

Recently, there's been this strange issue on my computer. I'll close a web page, or I'll close a program like Xara, and my desktop icons will flicker, or reload, once or twice. It happens every time, and I have no idea what's causing this. Has anyone here had the same problem? Thanks!
