1120 and 360 at the moment, I've gone back down from 480 because of the slightly jarring zoom/shift after page load which one customer complained about (on their 357width display) but then I might be losing some degree of image quality/sharpness when zooming up from 360 on bigger mobile displays so never really set in concrete with the mobile site size.

You may want to tap into the info on this page. It comes handy. Remember if a mobile or tablet viewer flips to horizontal view, your website is displayed and adjusted to that screen size, if your comfortable with it after testing, then all the best to you. You also want to accommodate future mobile resolutions to an extend which will have higher screen sizes. Fit to screen option (a new feature) is great but it has bugs that are being worked on.
