Default Placeholder as link to blog

About 6 years ago, using an old version of web designer v10?, I was able to create a rectangle as a placeholder for link to a blog - it was something like insert RSS feed from the Designs gallery.
I'm now using v16 and ca't find anything like that - can I just use an "ordinary" link.
    Many thanks

Go to Insert > From Content Catalog, and under Print & Web Components, import the Embed a Website widget. Enter the link for your blog page, then press Generate Code.

Highlight the code then copy it to the clipboard.

    Then press Insert.
