Default How do I search for a file in my website?

I have managed to "lose" a video file in my website.
Don't ask me how, but I cannot locate it just by looking and I really need to find and delete it.
Any ideas for a find function to locate the appropriate page?

If it's the classic 'embedded then deleted but still publishes' video, then have a look in the 'xarainfo' folder usually in your default default 'Pictures' folder.
