I assume you use bitmap textures too? Have you tried doing a video tutorial?
behzad, the main subject (the plane) is usually 100% vector, the background I normally draw in vector first to get the shapes and colours I'm using. I then transfer the vector background drawing to a paint program to do the final touch ups on the background scenery.
As far as video tutorials, just not interested.
