Hidden Mega Menu

Hi All,

I have searched in the forums but couldn't find anything that was exactly what I was after.

I am looking to change our Menu on our website. I customized the cooking theme on WD.

The menu needs to be:

* Hide options as user scrolls down
* Expand to mega menu
* Create mobile three bar menu to "unhide" mega menu on desktop version

I want to replicate this menu here: https://www.rspcansw.org.au/

Any tutorials or ideas would be appreciated.
