Can I use Xara Web Design premium for commissioned websites?

Hi, I'm a multimedia artist I have been doing illustrations commission work for for a while, a few people recently contacted me in making websites. Although I have experience in HTML CSS, Xara Web Designer Premium is more convenient and I was wondering if I can use it for commission work?

You are free to use it anyway you like in designing and selling websites, artwork etc. This includes the use of all contents that is included with the app.

To be sure, you are not allowed to repackage the app and/or contents for sale.
