Address - sftp.xara-online.com
Username - your email address
Password - your password

I am having problems with Filezella , my settings are as follows
protocol: SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol
Host: sftp.xara-online.com
Logon Type: Normal
User: My user name
Password: .....................
The above will not work.
