Apparently win 10 screwed up all my software's. Now ok.

This happens when the HTML .dll filter is unregistered. 9/10 the fix is to close the program and right-click the program shortcut > Run as Administrator.

Xara checks all filters on startup to ensure they are registered. If they are not, it will attempt to register them. Sometimes this can fail, more often than not simply due to permission issues.
