    Default Porcine fun

One from the archive. Not more than a doodle really. Can't think where the idea came from!

In my early morning haze, I thought the subject said Porche.

    Thanks for the comments.

Animals is the only Pink Floyd album I have listened to properly. It still gets a spin every few years, but I canít quite put my finger on why, but something holds me back from liking it more.

The album came out in Ď77, a developmental year musically for me. I was still trying to find my 'thing' after growing up listening to the Beatles, who were actually a few generations before my time. And of course there was all the excitement of the emerging London punk scene.

Best of all though, I discovered the John Peel radio show which dramatically widened my musical outlook beyond all measure and left a lasting legacy of obscure bands in my (still expanding) listening repertoire.
