Yes desktop stand alone as well as web. The export for wordpress is a plugin. They are the same company that made artisteer and later Themler, now they repackaged everything to this. So not sure how solid the support or the membership numbers are. Still they go by boxes and rows etc... That alone makes me dislike it a bit.
