    Default H1 TAG exact area

In the screenshot there are two red arrows marked #1 & #2. Is arrow #1 for "h1 tag" within the body of the text? The reason I ask Is because I filled out HTML code head or arrow #2 and the information I put in that body is completely outside atop of the webpage. Very weird! Click image for larger version.

again, a couple you points. Your screenshots are scaled to 800px by TG and then become unviewable. Use the Xara cropping tool to remove the crud and upload a more focused image.

Your do not just put HTML code into the Page HTML code (head); all this does is put your HTML top left.
If you use Page HTML code (body), the HTML will be pasted at the bottom of the page.
Neither are probably what you are after. These two areas are using for placing CSS (head) and Javascript (body).

Straight H1 tagged text does into a Placeholder HTML Code (body).
This is any object and you then pick Web Properties > Placeholder > HTML Code (body).

Ordinary text with Heading 1 Style applied, automatically adds H1 to the text HTML so you ought not to be doing this unless you have text associated with a specific widget.

Try a Help Search for "Placeholder".

I think I may be misunderstanding this line:
Ordinary text with Heading 1 Style applied, automatically adds H1 to the text HTML so you ought not to be doing this unless you have text associated with a specific widget.
If I have a headline, just text, and change it to 'Heading 1' in the Style menu, why is that undesirable unless it's associated with a widget? Or, are you explaining how to H1 tag a widget, which whizzes over my head as to why?

I was happily skipping down the road with my hoop and stick, then someone tells me my hoop is square. I need to dig out the help file again.

Acorn, sometimes the font size for the heading tags is very large. If I change the font size will it reflect on any SEOing? Just a dumb question but I got a asked.

No, because Google does not look at how a page is presented. There will be some checking as SEO-stuffers try to cram pages with bloat in very small font sizes on purpose.

Create good sites, add useful structured content, label images.

Chris, you missed my point entirely. There is no need to put text alone into a Placeholder just to add H1 tags; Heading 1 already does this service.

Where you might do it into a Widget is to format the output of the Widget, that was all.

I did, and rather happy about it too. My hoop remains round.
