Google Search Results Mobile Phone Picture

Hello,
I was wondering how Google desides which picture to use to put next to the organic search results. Can we rate the pictures in Xara Web Design as we do for text being h1, h2, etc.? The results in Google Search pulls a twitter logo picture to show next to the organic search results when I'd like my logo to appear. How would I do this? Thanks in advance!

In Google My Business you can set your logo within your photos section. I don't know if this will be what you're looking for:
