Could you also "lock" those Placeholder Images that have set W:H ratios? [4:3, 16:9, A4 ratio (x2), 480 x 480]
The A4 ratio ones are actually ISO 216 (+DIN 476) 'A' paper sizes, covering 4A0 through A10, where all the ratios are the same (to the nearest millimetre). A0, purely for interest, is 1m².
