Acorn - There is a glitch I noticed. The logo (which is under the photo, so the photo does appear to fade in and replace the logo) takes a beat or two to load. It should load instantly. Not sure why the delay.

Thanks Gary, this is what I had envisaged...

What I'm after iis you don't see anything but the basic logo. I want the photo to slide upwards behind the logo until it shows at the top of the logo as the finished product. The logo is on the top layer and photo is on the back layer. I am not able to accomplish this at this point. I've screwed around with it so much I may have to start from scratch. I even changed my grouped Xara files to photo bitmaps to see if that would make a difference, but it doesn't.

Can you post the before and after images? Or post a Xara xar or web file with the before and after?

The pic needs to be behind the logo base, hidden, and slide up to the position shown in the first graphic above.

    GuG, like this: The BlastinGame.xar?

Just saw #15. So the logo is the roundel of yourself and the rising image is all the rest.

I am sure that my attempt will be enough for ideas to get you started.

OK I think this is what you want, but there is a problem. Xara's handling of the animation can not handle bitmap transparency.

I placed your photo inside a same size ellipse.

And I removed a chunk of your logotype image (see blue outline, to show the shape only) and made the text into text instead of a bitmap.

The logotype is in front of everything, the photo of you is in the middle and the type is in the back.
