    Micheal,

For the Hatamoto guard, I can't get over that the guards right arm appears too small compared to the left. I don't do 3D so I am not sure if it is the way it is drawn or the angle it is rendered in but it just looks a little off. All the other ones look great to me.

Well considering I only create one arm, then duplicate it and flip it and place it onto the other side and reposition the pose, the same with the leg. It's impossible for one arm to be larger than the other. It's the same arm, just flipped and repositioned. The samurai is turned slightly, so his left arm is closer than his right (to the camera) and the camera lens effect makes it seem smaller, but it's the same size.

that is a philosophical point - looked at as a piece of art, what counts is what you see, and the persective of the right arm is way out relative to the left arm; to be the size it appears the right arm would have to be further back - the legs are about right, which just reinforces this point

    I agree with ray

As an aside, I was not looking for a job, but I just got hired for one today. Devolver Digital Inc., a video game company based in Austin, Texas is hiring me as a 2D/3D artist, concept artist and graphic designer to work remotely from here, for 20 - 40 hours per week, full health coverage, and an hourly rate I've never seen before (potentially over $100K a year). They want me to use Maya and Houdine 3D software, which I currently don't use, and use it on a Mac Pro - I use Windows now. And they are sending me a check to buy all that right now. Something completely unexpected, a dream job really, and it just fell into my lap yesterday!

All the best. Make sure you convert them to MS Win/Xara at some point.

    I see that according to thegamer.com :

Devolver Digital are insane lunatics who somehow continue to be one of the most exciting publishers in the gaming business today.
all the best - if they are funding your mac and your maya sub you really have hit the ground running

houdini is node based ['procedural'] - that is a definate bonus over maya - have fun

The Wardens of Mayhem are an undead, Eoxian biker gang that roams the Drift riding tiny, chopper configured, armed racer starships with "open cockpits". Riders with environment armor, androids and sentient robots that don't breathe, and undead, like these Borai riders don't need life support, and it isn't available, though all other starship systems including shields protect riders from debris "space rash". The forks and "front tire" doesn't turn, rather when you turn the handle bars, at the center on either side of the forward maneuvering pod has thrusters to either side for precise turning. Thrusters to it's front apply as breaks, and thrusters beneath for landing. Under the sea is the actual fusion drive, and beneath it are thrusters for landing as well. The pipes, of course are the main thrusters. The founder of the DSC League Discord community dreamed up this idea, and I decided to illustrate it.
