Updated this illustration, by adding two drapes of webbing on either side presumably connected to larger, nearby asteroids as anchor points to secure the nest, and provide net traps to catch passing small asteroids and perhaps ships into their webs to be carried back to the nest to feed on and add structures to the nest itself...
