Fade bvackground under pop-up layers

Hi All,

Is there any way to make the main page (mouseoff layer) fade out, either completely or partially, when a pop-up layer is displayed over it?

Similar to the "dim page while pop-up is open" option that is available when using pop up photo options?

(I'm using a pop-up layer rather than the pop-up photo option because I need to display a slideshow rather than just a static photo)

Tom, you can still use the Photo pop-up option. When selected, you have further choices under the options button.
These include: dimming, shadow behind & auto-start.

To change or fade out the background entirely you need to access the Highslide JS API Reference example: http://highslide.com/ref/hs.dimmingOpacity.
