Page display is off

Whenever I open my Xara document, the top of the page is located about 10 inches down and I have to scroll way up every time to start working on it. What Is the fix please.

What document opens, i.e. what is the default template?

What ever page opens, scroll the page so it sits on your page to your requirements.
Go File / Save Template
Tick the Make Default Template
Save

Delete this page.

Click the New Document icon top left.

This should now open as you set it up above.

Start the problematic application.
Right-click a blank area of the Desktop, then choose “Display settings“.
Select “Advanced display settings” at the bottom of the window.
Temporarily change the “Resolution” to another value, then choose “Apply“.
See if you can see the window on your screen now.
Change the resolution back to the previous value, then select “OK“.
