    Default "Dotted" Circle.

    Is it possible to create a "dotted" circle as shown in the attached image?

    The closest I can get with the line gallery is a dashed line.

    Thanks.

    Create a small circle. Then from that circle create a scatter brush (Select object, then select the "Freehand and Brush tool and then "create Brush" ) and give it a name.

    Then, under line gallery | Document Brushes you'll find you newly created scatter brush therein.

    Then draw a larger circle with a transparent fill and with a line thickness to match the diameter of the small circles on the circumference. Drag the newly created scatter brush from the line gallery to the line of your larger circle.

    Now, with the larger circle still selected, select the "Freehand and Brush tool" and then click "Edit brush" to edit the spacing between the small circles. Make sure "Random" slider stays at 0.

    Note: this is with Designer Pro X16.

    Info Re: "Dotted" Circle.

    I would use the Text tool and create a Text Area and Add Symbol (circle, dot) from Font Awesome.
    Change its colour. Resize and copy and paste multiples of dot+space to go round your unfilled and no line width circle, using Add Text to curve.

    Create the circle path and the circle dot. Create a blend. Select the blend and the circle and use the Fit Blend to Curve (on the Blend Tool Infobar) function to evenly space the blend on the path. Increase or decrease the blend steps as needed.

    Note: Xara places the last blend step object on top of the first.

    I have left the outline for my circle path. Just set the outline to none when you are finished.

    So, so many ways.

    Another - Name a transparent circle, Name="circledots"

    Add:

    Code:
    <style>  #circledots {
      border-radius: 50%;
      border: 10px dotted orange;
    }
    </style>
    to the Page Head Code.
